Terms
Licensing and Ownership of Media a. Our clients are purchasing a license to use the photos we capture for the specific property being photographed. b. Pro Focus Real Estate Media retains all copyrights and usage rights to all media produced, including but not limited to photographs and video footage.
Cancellation and Rescheduling a. Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 24 hours notice. b. Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in an additional fee.
Usage Restrictions a. Clients are not permitted to use any media produced by Pro Focus Real Estate Media for any purpose other than the sale of the specific property being photographed, except as provided in section 3b and 3c. b. Clients may use media for marketing on social media and/or their website for the sale of the specific property being photographed. c. Usage rights for Airbnb properties must be purchased for an additional fee.
Liability a. Pro Focus Real Estate Media is not responsible for any damages or loss resulting from the use of our media, including but not limited to any damages resulting from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the media. b. Pro Focus Real Estate Media is not liable for any injuries or damages to persons or property resulting from our photography services.
Payment a. Payment is due upon delivery of the media. b. Failure to pay in full may result in the account being sent to collections.
